“Enemy of the World” is the latest publication of one of the most prominent Bulgarian metal labels Distributor of Pain. Innerhell is a black metal with elements of ambient project from Vratsa, with its sole member being Valsidalf Innerhell. The album consists of 11 songs with a total playing time of 42 minutes and 42 seconds and the first one, which is entitled “My Mighty Mother Earth” is an ambient introduction. Afterward the album grows into a slow-paced and wistful black metal act with good riffs and lyrics in English, which enhance the woeful and sombre atmosphere. Endless pain, fear, everlasting anguish and forever lost memories… “White Crow”, “Lost Memories”, “Valkyries Dance” and “Greenhorn” are the songs which we find the most significant in the entire recording. As a whole, the conception and quality of the music are good. The publishers have tried their best with a high-quality CD-R and a seal on the cover. Rating: 750/1000 Notes: This is a translated version of our review posted on 20th January 2007.
